Tom Eng has been a Farmers agent since 1995. Since his first year, he has not only been one of the top agents in my district, but has also consistently been a recipient of the Toppers Club award - recognizing him as being in the top 25% of agents in the company.

As an independent business owner, Tom is dedicated to the success of his Farmers Agency and is passionate about the quality of employees he hires. His commitment to hiring only the best employees, and then educating and empowering them to help his customers, is just one of the reasons Tom has a low employee turnover rate; allowing him to stay focused on growing his agency.

Empowering his employees to assist customers has not only allowed Tom to grow his agency, but it has also allowed him to refine his business skills to not only understand his customer's needs, but also anticipate them. Anticipating his customer's needs has allowed Tom to build a close and trusted relationship between his clients and his agency.

Tom has unrelenting dedication to customer service. Tom's concept of customer service and community involvement is important to Tom - and a cornerstone of his agency. His success as a Farmers agent has allowed him to give back to the community where he lives and works. In addition, Tom is also a board member of the local Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) - where he takes continuing education programs to further his business and personal goals.
