Dave Howard, Center Manager
Dave graduated from Becker College in Leicester, Massachusetts, earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management. Dave was a two-sport athlete at Becker: a goalkeeper for the Hawks soccer team and a captain on the tennis team. Dave has an extensive background in recruiting and training in both the financial services and insurance industries.

Nick Hansel, Reserve District Manager
Nick Hansel has been with the Milwaukee Business Development Center for the past two years. He works with Career Agents in business planning, marketing, sales and training to help insure their success as Agency Owners. He came to Farmers with a background in sales management and training in the finance and banking industry. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a business finance degree, and looks forward to doing whatever he can to assist you in your new career.
Dave Johnson, Reserve District Manager
Dave Johnson works to train and develop new agents coming into the Farmers Sales Program. Dave is originally from Kenosha, WI, where he graduated from Carthage College. Dave has 10 years of experience in sales and finance. He is committed to helping our new agents reach their dreams and goals.
Bryan Schauland, Reserve District Manager
Bryan is originally from Brown Deer, WI and currently resides in Downtown Milwaukee. Bryan attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
Upon completion of his degree, he started a small business primarily dealing with the sports, entertainment and hospitality industries. After four years of owning and operating a sales and marketing company, he began a career in the recruiting/staffing industry.
Bryan is truly excited about being a part of the Farmers family and the success of others around him.
Jodi Howard, Business Operations Manager
Jodi is originally from Winsdor, VT. She attended Eastern CT State University where she graduated with a B.S. in Physical Education. While at Eastern, Jodi excelled in Field Hockey and Lacrosse.
Jodi is responsible for daily operations of the Business Development Center, including state licensing enrollment, new hire applications, recruiting contact and client administration.
Tony Possley, Reserve District Manager
Tony is originally from Green Bay, WI and currently resides in Oak Creek. Tony graduated from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse with a Bachelor's Degree in English and Business Administration. Previous to joining Farmers, he was a Branch Sales Manager for a Consumer Lending office, specializing in business development and talent management. Tony is a proud member of the Farmers family and an active member in the local communities.
Nate Goggins, M.I.T.
Nate is originally from Waupaca, WI and currently resides in Brookfield, WI. Nate graduated from Carroll College in Waukesha, WI with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management. At Carroll, Nate was a four-year letter winner and two-time captain of the baseball team. Nate has three years in the Recruiting/Human Resources field.
Josh Elmore, Reserve District Manager
Josh recently relocated to Milwaukee from IL. Josh graduated from Appalachian State University in North Carolina, combining double majors in Management and International Business with a minor in Spanish. During his collegiate career, he coached both private and public varsity tennis teams in NC. Prior to joining Farmers, Josh lead recruitment and sales efforts for HR outsourcing firms in IL. Josh is a proud member of the Farmers family and an active member in local communities.
Joe Stanislawski, Reserve District Manager
Joe is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Joe graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management. He has an extensive background in recruiting and training in financial services, engineering, sales and hospitality industries. Joe is a proud member of the Farmers family and an active member in the local communities.
