Mark Strobel, Reserve District Manager

Mark is originally from Kewaskum, Wisconsin and currently resides in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin. Mark graduated from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. Mark has 8 years of sales and management experience, as well as experience in the insurance industry. Mark is looking forward to being an active member of the surrounding communities.

Elizabeth M. Sili, Reserve District Manager

Elizabeth is a life-long Waukesha, Wisconsin resident and attended college concentrating in Business Management and Marketing. She brings to Farmers an extensive background in Real Estate sales and management. Elizabeth credits her success to a competitive nature and a tenaciously positive attitude and is excited to grow with the Farmers family. Elizabeth is a member of the Mukwonago Chamber of Commerce.

Michael A. Calamari, Reserve District Manager

Michael recently relocated to Milwaukee from Holden, Massachusetts.  Michael graduated from Pfeiffer University in North Carolina with a degree in Sports Management, and a minor in Business Administration.  During his collegiate career, he played four years of soccer as a midfielder.  Prior to joining Farmers, Michael was part of the management team at a small equipment dealer in Massachusetts, where he played an integral role in their professional growth and development.  Michael is excited about being part of the Farmers' Family and is looking forward to being an active member in the local community.

Ken Bosman, Reserve District Manager

Ken has spent most of his professional life working in the Metro Milwaukee area. Prior to Farmers, Ken worked as an administrator in higher-education and has served in numerous capacities for the Waukesha County Chamber of Commerce. He is currently pursuing a graduate degree through Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Angela Burton, Reserve District Manager

Angela is a native of Milwaukee and she brings a wealth of knowledge to us from her 12 years of experience in the financial and insurance industries.  Angela has worked as a bank supervisor in Milwaukee, as a sales manager for a local insurance company, and she was also a very successful award winning insurance agent for 6 years.  Angela and her husband are the founders of a youth outreach non-profit organization called S.A.F.E. Human Services and they are actively creating solutions that will be valuable to the building of a greater community.

Nick Hansel, Reserve District Manager

Nick is originally from Freedom, Wisconsin and currently resides in Kenosha. Nick attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.

Nick played Rugby and served as the VP of the Pioneer Investment club. Prior to joining Farmers, Nick managed the outside sales team for an automobile finance company. He also has previous experience as a Branch Manager for a consumer finance company. Nick is excited to be part of the Farmers team and looks forward to being an active member of the local community.

Rich Hanson, Reserve District Manager

Rich is originally from Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin.  Rich graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications.  Rich was extremely active throughout college, creating numerous shows for the campus television station.  Rich brings a background in business to business sales, recruitment and management experience to the Farmers team.  Rich is excited to be an active member in the local community.

Melissa Worrel, Reserve District Manager

Melissa originally comes from the state of Minnesota. She graduated college from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls with a BS in Broad Field Science. She then moved to Seattle, WA to own and operate two Curves for Women franchises. Two years later, she began her career with Farmers Insurance Group when she opened her own agency. She successfully grew her agency over the course of three years and then took the opportunity to move to Cincinnati, OH to become a Reserve District Manager with the Cincinnati Sales Center. This led her to Milwaukee, WI as a Reserve District Manager with the Milwaukee Center.

Tim Fraedrich, Reserve District Manager

Tim is originally from Jefferson, Wisconsin and currently resides in Wauwatosa.  Tim attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management.  During his college years, he was extremely active in coaching high school athletics.  Prior to joining Farmers, Tim managed an inside sales team for a medical supply company.  He also has five years experience as a Branch Manager for a consumer finance company.  Tim is an active member in the local community and is excited to be a part of Farmers.

Dave Johnson, Reserve District Manager

Dave is originally from Kenosha, Wisconsin, and has lived in Milwaukee for the past eight years.  He graduated from Carthage College in Kenosha with majors in Business Administration and Marketing.  Previous to working for Farmers, Dave worked in the financial industry for five years.  Dave is truly excited to be part of the Farmers team and is looking forward to continuing to be an active member in Wisconsin communities. 

Ryan Hanson, MIT

Ryan is originally from Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin and now resides in Milwaukee.  He graduated college from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a BA in Speech Communications and an emphasis in the Russian language.  Prior to joining Farmers, Ryan managed restaurants in Door County.  He also brings experience in business to business sales and account management in the telecom industry.  Ryan is excited to be a member of the Farmers team and an active member in the local community.
