Michael Tumpane, AgencyPoint Director
Originally from the Midwest, Michael started with Farmers in 2002 in Phoenix, Arizona. He held several positions in the Phoenix Service Center including CSR and Trainer. He has spent time working in various roles in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Michigan. In 2005, Michael was part of the team in Los Angeles that helped bring the AgencyPoint concept to life and he is extremely excited to be part of that team again.
Mike Herodes, Sales Manager
Mike is a graduate of Illinois State University and has been with Farmers Insurance for 23 years. While at Farmers, Mike has served in a number of capacities from Underwriting, Product Development, Pricing and Marketing. Mike enjoys working with individuals new to Insurance and is committed to helping them find success.
Linda Herodes, Commercial Wholesaler
Linda Herodes trains and motivates new agents in writing Business Insurance. Linda
is a Wisconsin native and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Linda
has over 20 years experience with business insurance sales with Farmers Insurance
and she believes that the Farmers agent has the best small business opportunity.
Joe Stanislawski, Agency Trainer
Joe is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Joe graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management. He has an extensive background in recruiting and training in financial services, engineering, sales and hospitality industries. Joe is a proud member of the Farmers family and an active member in the local communities.
Nate Goggins, Marketing Analyst
Nate is originally from Waupaca, WI and currently resides in Brookfield, WI. Nate
graduated from Carroll College in Waukesha, WI with a Bachelor of Science Degree
in Human Resource Management. At Carroll, Nate was a four-year letter winner
and two-time captain of the baseball team. Nate has three years in the Recruiting/Human
Resources field.
Katie Condon, Customer Service Representative
Katie is originally from Franklin, WI and currently resides in Downtown Milwaukee.
Katie works directly with the agents to ensure their success within their
agencies. Katie is currently pursuing a degree in Marketing at UWM, and is
excited to be a part of Farmers Insurance.
Holly Vogel, Customer Service Representative
Holly is originally from West Allis, WI. She attended Nathan Hale High School
where she graduated in 2007. While attending high school she was very active
dancing and coaching for the West Allis Allegro Dance Team. She plans on pursuing
a degree in Business Management in the spring of 2011. She joined the Farmers family
in November 2009.
Lyndsay Rouse, Customer Service Representative
Lyndsay is from the local Big Bend, WI area and has worked in sales in the construction, real-estate and motor vehicle industries before finding a future at Farmers Insurance. Lyndsay is currently working as a customer service representative and she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Lindsay Hale, Customer Service Representative
Lindsay is originally from Mayville, WI and currently resides in Milwaukee, WI. Lindsay graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Health Sciences with an emphasis in Kinesiology-Health and Fitness Management. Lindsay is responsible for getting all agents licensed and state certified in addition to being a Customer Service Representative. She is truthfully exited to be part of the Farmers family and contribute to the success of our agents.
Matt Punzel, Customer Service Representative
Matt is originally from Janesville, WI and currently resides in Waukesha, WI. Matt
is pursuing a degree in business. He has 8 years of experience in the management
and hospitality field and is excited to be part of a continuously growing and stable
company like Farmers.
Sarah Nelson, Customer Service Representative
Sarah grew up locally and attended college in Waukesha. She graduated from
Carroll College with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with an emphasis
in math. She spent four years in local elementary schools creating math and
reading interventions and evaluating students on their progress. Sarah is excited
about her career change and feels privileged to be working for Farmers Insurance
Group. She hopes to use her experience in teaching in order to assist and guide
agents to providing quality customer service to their clients.
Lorna Blazek, Customer Service Representative
Lorna was born and raised in Delafield, Wisconsin where she currently lives. Lorna attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication. While in college, Lorna worked at a local worldwide printing company in Human Resources and upon graduating came to Farmers Insurance. Lorna enjoys meeting potential candidates and working with agents on a regular basis.
Pauline Black, Executive Assistant
Pauline is a Wisconsin native with over 25 years experience working with Farmers Insurance Agents beginning in the Claims Office, then the State Office, and presently in Milwaukee AgencyPoint. Pauline is happy to be part of this new innovative approach designed for Agent success in this small business opportunity.
